The ORCAA Annual Emission Inventory is a collaborative effort between ORCAA and the industrial or commercial businesses (sources) in its jurisdiction. ORCAA's jurisdiction includes Clallam, Jefferson, Grays Harbor, Mason, Pacific, and Thurston counties in the state of Washington. ORCAA collects emissions-related data from the larger sources on an annual basis.
The reports above give the actual amounts of pollutants emitted from these large sources during calendar year 2004. The report does not include emissions from mobile sources (transportation), outdoor burning, small point sources, or small area sources (e.g. dry cleaners, gas stations, autobody shops). Pollutants are emitted through emission stacks or as fugitive emissions where no stack exists. Emissions of criteria pollutants (see definition below) are listed in tons per year. Emissions of toxic air pollutants (see definition below) are listed in pounds per year. Each report is sorted by city and business name.
